CM Chicken is gaining popularity for making the first Tikku chicken in Korea, which is fried and grilled to remove all the fat and double the crispiness. The charcoal taste is added after the oil-fried chicken has been roasted at a high temperature and drained in a charcoal kiln. The most well-liked dishes on the menu are the red pepper paste tikku chicken, snow onion, and garlic soy sauce chicken. Due to our proprietary Tikudak recipe, no one else can replicate our distinct flavor!

CM Chicken is pursuing a differentiated taste from other chicken brands by using our seasoned meat, not just plain salt processing, In 2011, we created our recipe for ‘티꾸닭 -Tikkudak’ which means ‘튀기고 구운닭 -fried and grilled chicken’ in Korean.

The crispy and moist fried chicken was created through the hands of Park Choong-man, the CEO of CM Chicken and chicken master. CM Chicken developed a special sauce with constant research and effort.
